Third Line Support Analyst
Having worked in an IT support role for a number of years, I know how important it is to have an in-depth knowledge of the product, which enables me to help customers resolve their issues. Being able to deliver information clearly is critical, and ultimately, knowing the end user has been well supported is a great feeling.
Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family, to which we have recently welcomed a new addition! I also like socialising with friends, walking the dog, and watching my favourite rugby team: Leeds Rhinos.
