We’re not your typical tech company. We build clever software, yes - but we’ve also built a culture that’s genuinely collaborative, values-driven, and full of personality. We believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and part of something meaningful.

Who We Are (Beyond Our Job Titles)

We’re a growing team of developers, consultants, customer success leads, marketers, designers, data specialists and sales professionals - each with different backgrounds, career paths and passions. What brings us together is a shared purpose: to help people understand their data and use it to make smarter decisions.

From day one, we’ve been values-led. Our three core principles - Curiosity, Resourcefulness, and Authenticity - shape everything, from how we build our software to how we welcome new joiners. What a Day at Pi Really Looks Like

Spoiler: there’s no “typical” day. But here’s a glimpse into what working here feels like.

  • Daily stand-ups that keep us connected and focused, with room for a laugh and the occasional cameo from a dog or child
  • Teams Channels buzzing with ideas, questions, support, and the odd bit of nonsense in #random
  • Problem-solving sessions where cross-functional teams come together to fix, build or iterate
  • Customer wins shared company-wide - because when they succeed, we celebrate too
  • Office days in Leeds with good coffee, spontaneous whiteboard sessions, and a fridge that mysteriously empties by 3pm
  • PiConnect shoutouts where we lift each other up and reflect on what we’ve achieved
