As you know, we like to think of ourselves as a family here at Panintelligence. So when someone leaves for pastures new, it’s a little like saying goodbye to a dear friend. But as one door closes, another door opens, and we're excited to announce four new members of staff joining the family!
Kelvin Phillips joined us on 10th May from Mobysoft, a SaaS company which works within the predictive analytics sector for social housing. Prior to that Kelvin was a Business Analyst, for GEOamey, where he was instrumental in creating their reporting function using SQL and SSRS to build reports and dashboards to inform the business. His passion for BI and delivering a customer outcome led him to Panintelligence where he says:
“I get to do both here, it’s the perfect fit for me. I understand the pain of creating a requirements document, then competing for developers’ time to get it written and into production and how long this can take. Panintelligence removes this dependency and gives a report within minutes. As a Customer Success Manager I want to engage with my customers, understand their challenges and pain points and work together to ensure they get the best use out of our product and deliver ROI as quickly as possible.”
Zach Quinn-Lomax, your new Customer Success Executive, along with Elliott Pollen and Kieron Greeff part of our Sales Development team join on 7th June.
Zach has been working closely with clients across a vast range of industries including BI and analytics for many years. His knowledge he has of the industry has already blown us away and we can’t wait for him to meet our clients!
Elliott joins us from Anchor Hanover Group where he worked as a Customer Service Advisor while Kieron joins us from investUP where he worked in the Operations side looking after the new developments planned for the business. We can't wait for all three to join us!
