Panintelligence CEO, Zandra, scoops Company Leader Award at the first ever Northern Leadership Awards

Although our partners spread from the head to the toe of the country, in mainland Europe, USA, and even Australia, we’ll always be proud of our Northern, Yorkshire roots. To win an award which shines a light on the very best Northern talent has a special place in our heart… and also in our trophy cabinet.

What are the Northern Leadership Awards?

Expanding on the success of the Yorkshire Leadership Awards last year, The Business Desk launched the first ever Northern Leadership Awards to celebrate those special leaders in our region who constantly raise the bar for the competition and those who are seen as role models by the teams around them.

We narrowly missed out on winning the Company Leader Award last year, so to take home the glassware this year against even tougher and far-reaching competition is a feat we can really be proud of.

The Company Leader Award showcases the best qualities of modern leadership – of inspiration, collaboration and empowerment in businesses with 100 or fewer employees.

Time for a second trophy cabinet?

We can class 2019 as our best year to date for many reasons – a growing partner community, a generous investment, and a workforce of 40 awesome techies and growing!
However, the awards we attain are the recognition for the hard work we all put into Panintelligence. After winning the Tech Innovation Award, ranking 2nd in the Yorkshire and Humberside Tech 50, and being named as one of the fastest-growing tech businesses in Leeds, the Company Leader Award is the latest of a series of wins this year, which we’re all very humbled by.
