PiSaaS
Deploy fast. Stay focused on analytics.
Managed hosting that removes the time and overhead of running infrastructure yourself, at the same base price as self-hosted.

What PiSaaS is
PiSaaS is Panintelligence’s managed infrastructure layer, built on AWS.
It handles provisioning, maintenance, updates and scaling so your team doesn’t have to, whether you’re running a standalone portal or an embedded deployment. Prefer your own infrastructure? That option’s available at the same price.
The value isn’t the hosting itself. It’s the deployment time and maintenance burden you no longer carry.

What PiSaaS does
PiSaaS, hosted by us
Panintelligence provisions, operates, and maintains your instance on AWS. Updates are applied on the 11-release-per-year cadence without you having to plan or test the upgrade yourself.
Infrastructure scales with usage. UK-based operations. You focus on your analytics. We handle everything underneath it.
Self-hosted, your infrastructure
Deploy within your own cloud or on-premises environment. Full control over your infrastructure layer.
Supported across Kubernetes and containerised deployment patterns. Same base price as PiSaaS.
Built for both deployment models
If your analytics is standalone, a single PiSaaS instance hosts your dedicated portal with no need to think about multi-tenancy at all. If you are embedding analytics into your own product for multiple customers, the same instance supports multi-tenant isolation, with each tenant seeing only their own data.
- Standalone deployments: one organisation, one governed environment, no tenancy complexity
- Embedded deployments: hundreds or thousands of tenants supported within a single instance
- Complete data isolation between tenants where multi-tenancy is in use
- Additional isolated instances available where full infrastructure separation is required

For internal teams
Increase
- Days to first dashboard rather than weeks lost to server requests and approvals
- Trust that releases and security patches are applied without you tracking them
- IT capacity spent on systems that differentiate you, not running a BI server
- One invoice that includes hosting, not a separate line finance team has to query
Decrease
- Internal tickets raised to provision and configure a new server
- A patch cycle your own team is responsible for testing and rolling back if it breaks
- Hours lost each quarter to version upgrades and compatibility checks
- Renewal conversations where infrastructure cost turns out to be entirely separate from the annual licence cost
For SaaS vendors
Increase
- A launch date set by your product roadmap, not by an infrastructure build
- Tenant onboarding that does not require a conversation with your DevOps team first
- Customer-facing uptime that is someone else’s contractual responsibility, not yours
- Headroom to add tenants without re-architecting how analytics is hosted
Decrease
- A pre-launch phase spent standing up hosting before any customer sees a dashboard
- On-call exposure for an analytics layer that sits inside your own product
- Capacity diverted from your core platform to keep someone else’s feature running
- Renewal-time surprises where the hosting cost was never quoted alongside the licence
Transparent scaling
As registered user count and active usage grow, licence and infrastructure costs scale incrementally. The full scaling schedule is shared before you sign, whichever deployment model applies. There are no hidden capacity charges, no per-query fees, and no data volume costs.

Questions worth asking before you buy anything
The foundation everything else builds on
PiReport and PiPredict both build on PiDashboard’s governed data model, whichever way you deploy it. Add a module and you activate new capability on the foundation you already have. You do not re-implement, re-connect, or re-govern anything.
