Help that makes itself unnecessary.

We believe professional services should leave you more capable, not more dependent.

Every engagement is built so your team can carry on without us, because that is the only version of this relationship we think is worth having.

Capability, not custody.

Our job is to put knowledge into your organisation, not to hold onto it.

Where it fits, we work through reverse shadowing: your team leads the work while we stay close enough to step in, then we step back once you do not need us to.

Chosen, not assumed.

You decide whether you need us, for what, and for how long.

Nothing about getting started on Panintelligence requires our involvement.

Honest about fit.

If your team can do something themselves, we will say so.

A consultancy that always says yes is usually optimising for its own revenue, not your outcome.

Services exist to extend your team, not to replace your judgement.

Most of what gets called professional services in this market is really a way of keeping you close.

We think that gets the relationship backwards.

Don’t just take out word for it.

What a good engagement changes, and what it should not.

We judge our own work by this. If an engagement finishes and the right hand side has not moved, we have not done our job properly.

What Increases

  • Your team’s own capability. Configuration, training and documentation are handed over, not kept back.
  • Speed to production, where speed is genuinely what you need and not just what is being sold.
  • Confidence in decisions that are hard to reverse, such as multi-tenant architecture, embedding, or AI configuration, made with people who have done it before.
  • Clarity on what happens next, because every engagement ends with a clear account of what was done and why.

What Decreases

  • Dependency on us. Our incentive is for you to need this less over time, not more.
  • Hidden cost. Scope is agreed before work starts, so there is no discovery of extra cost partway through.
  • Time spent guessing. Decisions that used to take internal debate get made with someone who has seen the pattern before.

Three shapes of engagement. You choose what fits.

The right model depends on how certain your scope is and how you prefer to plan, not on what is easiest for us to sell.

Flexibility

Time and materials

Work is scoped as you go and billed by the day, either as it happens or as a pre-purchased pool of days drawn down when needed. Best when requirements may shift as we learn more, such as an initial assessment or advanced configuration.

Certainty

Fixed price projects

For deliverables that can be precisely defined upfront. We agree the scope with you first, then price the whole piece of work, so the total is known before we begin.

Continuity

Structured ongoing services

An agreed, recurring scope for things that happen on a cycle, such as managing upgrades, releases, or a defined set of routine changes, so it runs in the background without renegotiation each time.

Four stages, used in whatever combination you need.

You can draw on a single stage or run the full sequence. Nothing is sold as a bundle you cannot break apart.

Understanding your data environment and agreeing what success looks like, including requirements gathering and a review of data quality, before any build begins.

Installing and configuring the platform, connecting data sources, and establishing authentication, multi-tenancy and user access.

Building your first dashboards and reports, and training your team to extend them independently, including AI training where relevant.

Specialist chart types, AI and LLM configuration, branding, embedding, multilingual deployments, and bespoke schema or report builds.

Pricing

A single day rate applies across all stages: £950 per day, a flat rate scoped to your specific requirements rather than a fixed package price. Work is delivered by Panintelligence engineers and consultants, remotely or on site, by a UK based team, to your schedule.

There is no minimum number of days and no requirement to purchase a block of time before we have agreed what you actually need.

These come with every Panintelligence licence, with no engagement required.

A proof of concept on real data

We connect to your actual data and build a working dashboard on day one, before any contract exists.

A named Customer Success Manager

One person who knows your deployment and your goals, assigned from day one of your contract. Not a support queue.

A 90 day onboarding programme

A structured path from contract to production, designed to get your team confident in the platform at no additional cost.

When this is worth it, and when it is not.

Worth considering:

  • You want to be live in weeks and would rather pay for dedicated capacity than pull engineers off other work.
  • You want to accelerate delivery, rather than build expertise from a standing start.
  • You want specialists to handle one phase, such as set-up, while your own team owns training and ongoing changes.
  • A previous analytics project left you with low adoption and you want a structured reassessment before rebuilding.

Probably not necessary:

  • Timeline is not a pressure point. Your team has the time to follow the onboarding programme at its own pace.
  • You are validating fit with a proof of concept and have not yet decided to commit.
  • Your team is not resource constrained and has capacity to take this on alongside everything else they are running.
  • You simply have not asked us yet whether you need to. Ask first. We will tell you honestly either way.

Not sure which of this applies to you?

The most useful next step is a conversation, not a quote. We will tell you plainly whether your requirements fit within onboarding and self-service, or whether a scoped engagement genuinely makes sense.
