5 reasons why we’re celebrating our 5-year anniversary
It’s been a record year of 25% growth in turnover, taking us to £1.8M, but we’re growing in more ways than one! We’re based in Leeds and are delighted to be a finalist in the Northern Tech Awards for the Top 100 fastest growing technology companies. We treasure our Northern tech community which continues to grow.
In total, we’ve added 25 technology partners to our customer community in 2018 and we’ve continued to grow business with our existing customers through our ‘Remarkable Partnerships’. We’d like to say a big Thank you to all our partners who have worked with us over the last 5 years. We started local and treasure our Leeds base but are delighted to be working with customers on both the local and global arena. We like to think we’re an extension to your business and value our partnerships greatly.
200,000 user milestone!
We reached a key milestone in our 5-year history for the number of users using our dashboards. We’re proud to be making data more accessible and meaningful to thousands of users. We’re helping people make better data-based decisions by making data meaningful across a wide range of sectors such as Finance, Insurance, Education, Health, Manufacturing, Retail and many more. Our industry leading security and flexible commercial models make us a truly accessible and scalable solution for everyone and not just the big boys!

It’s been a year of product enhancements for our dashboard and we’ve launched our self-service Predictive Analytics module which is a real game-changer! We’ve continued to enhance our Business Intelligence dashboards, but our Predictive Analytics module goes beyond data visualisation. It allows organisations to uncover previously unknown insights from data.
Why is self-service analytics so important? Well, we know that SMEs want the opportunity to use data more effectively without having to invest in ‘data scientists’ or dedicated reporting resources. It’s the experts in the business who can use those insights to take better decisions and influence change to improve performance, service delivery or customer satisfaction.
We welcomed 9 new members of staff in 2018, making a total of 30 employees and we’re all passionate about what we do. We hear so often from our customers that they want to work in partnership with like-minded people who are easy to get along with and go the extra mile. It’s fantastic to hear those sound-bytes which show our ‘relationships first’ approach works.
By the same measure, we’re very proud of our people who demonstrate our values of ‘innovative, open and supportive’. Whether it’s our product development, test or support teams, finance, sales or marketing teams, we’re passionate about what we do!
Making a difference
We’re exploring new markets and setting up an office in Boston. There’s exciting times ahead! But nothing excites us more than hearing about our customer’s success. During a recent interview with a long-standing software partner whose customer was a multi-million pound chilled food logistics business, we were thrilled to hear them say,
‘The light bulb moment for me was when we realised that our customer was no longer talking about the software but about the opportunities and problems they could solve in their business.’
