Panintelligence signs first OEM deal with Access

For more than 18 years Access has been providing business and accounting software to the middle market.  In that time Access, which recently re-branded as a consulting, software and solutions provider to the mid-market, have won many awards including best “Mid-tier Software Package” at the Accountancy Age Awards in 2008.

Access pride themselves on finding solutions that are right for the future as well as today and they recently selected Panintelligence’s BI dashboard to enhance their management reporting capability and to add to their market leading portfolio of business solutions.

Chris Tossell Access’s Commercial Director states, “The addition of the dashboard to our management reporting product suite is an exciting new development for Access. We were looking for a tool that could present key management information in an easy to use graphical format that would enhance our current reporting portfolio.  Further to its many unique features it is at the fore-front of technology using Adobe Flex and is a Rich Internet Application that is compatible across all platforms and browsers.

Finally we knew from the start that Panintelligence was a company that we could work with and they quickly formed a great working relationship with our internal team to ensure the dashboard was delivered within the tight time frame we set.”

Access has adopted the dashboard as part of their solutions and it is therefore branded under their Management Reporting Software suite. Mike Cripps, Panintelligence’s Finance Director states, “From the outset we were excited by the opportunity to team up with Access.

We already had first-hand experience of their financial software as in 2008 we had replaced our incumbent accounting system with Access’s Dimensions Lite solution and were therefore in the fortunate position of being able to demonstrate the dashboard running with their own software.
