How OEM partners are using the Panintelligence dashboard
There are various ways in which our OEM partners are demonstrating the flexibility of business intelligence solutions and its ability to be used across any industry, as well as how they are delivering extra services to customers.
One of Panintelligence's recent partners is ReD, where the Director of Business Intelligence, Phil Stothard, was looking to more intelligently use the organisation's rich pool of data and analytical expertise to boost internal efficiencies, as well as the value of customer relationships.
BI Fraud Analytics Portal
Stothard soon realised how Panintelligence's BI solution could bring his firm's major e-commerce merchant clients near-real-time access to data in their search for fraud. He commented: “After our first meeting with Panintelligence, I recognised that there was real potential here and that, if we took their dashboard tool, hooked it to a high performance database and got the Panintelligence team to extend the functionality, we would have a powerful basis for our self-service BI portal.
"I also had a sense that we could do so relatively quickly, without building a team of IT specialists, as a basis for working through prototype, pilot and early adopter phases to help us to evolve the solution.”
Even firms that have a general policy of designing and owning their software have taken notice of the Panintelligence business intelligence dashboard. Rather than develop its own dashboard, Access, a company with more than two decades' experience of business software development, decided to embed the Panintelligence business intelligence dashboard directly into its Access Dimensions accounting solution.
Chris Tossell, Commercial Director of Access Group, reflects: “I went to see the Panintelligence product and had a very low level of expectation... but what I saw was just brilliant! The way the charts bounce onto the screen just makes you smile." After reviewing various other solutions, he decided on the Panintelligence BI dashboard, largely on account of its ease of use even for those with minimal IT skills.
Business Intelligence for Education
Also based on the Panintelligence dashboard software is RM Intelligence, which helps senior leadership teams in primary and secondary schools across the UK with the monitoring and management of pupil performance across various key areas including attendance, behaviour, lesson attendance and assessment.
Not only have the software's interactive charts which summarise pupil data, proven invaluable to senior leadership teams in schools, but it has been shortlisted in the category of ICT Leadership and Management Solutions for the prestigious Bett Awards 2013. It is another demonstration of the continuing relevance and value of Panintelligence dashboard reporting software.
