Sharing information with customers
Danny Busolin, Indesit’s Logistics Quality and Environment Manager said “Indesit Company Logistics has a reputation for the highest quality of service in the industry achieved by working in close collaboration with our customers. In order to improve our service levels, we have used the Panintelligence dashboard to provide a technological solution for sharing relevant information with our customers. We have moved from sending static spreadsheets of data to a dynamic user-friendly system organised at a summary level with the detail easily accessible via drill down options. This automated secure web-based access to shared information has been very favourably received by our customers and allowed us to kick off new collaborative projects to further improve overall service levels.”
Monitor internal KPIs with the Panintelligence dashboard
Having successfully deployed the dashboard to their customers they are now planning to use the dashboard to monitor their internal KPIs. Mike Cripps, from Panintelligence added “We are delighted to have Indesit Company as a customer. They are a household name with some fantastic brands and their selection of the Panintelligence dashboard is very flattering and further testimony to the fact that we have a product that can compete successfully with more established BI offerings.”
