IRIS ABS and Panintelligence team up

IRIS Accounting and Business Solutions (ABS) and Panintelligence are delighted to announce the signing of their OEM partnership agreement at the Service Management Expo (SME) on the 18th September. Under the agreement IRIS ABS will be licensed to use the leading edge Panintelligence dashboard as part of their product set, which includes IRIS Exchequer, IRIS Chorus and IRIS Service LIVE. IRIS ABS is a division of CSH, one of the UK’s largest private software businesses, and with over 30 years’ experience, and more than 50,000 users IRIS ABS is a leading provider of market-leading finance and business management software solutions.

Mike Cripps a Director of Panintelligence said “We first met IRIS at SME in 2011 where they expressed an interest in our dashboard product. A few months later IRIS began evaluating the product and soon after started developing the dashboard for the field service market. During this phase they worked very closely with their customers and the response was very positive.” IRIS officially launched and showcased Service LIVE at the SME 2012 alongside their other service management solutions, and it will be available from February 2013. The Panintelligence dashboard is helping IRIS’s customers to monitor trends in several areas including work volumes, revenues and technician performance. Customers can manage all of their jobs, field engineers, contracts and maintenance from a single dashboard and with access via desktop or mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones, both office and field works will benefit.
