Iris signs partnership agreement at SME 2012

The Panintelligence team are delighted to announce that they signed a partnership agreement with Iris Accounting & Business Solutions on Stand 330 at the Service Management Expo yesterday. Leading software developer Panintelligence have been showcasing their highly sophisticated business intelligence dashboard at the Service Management Expo at the NEC in Birmingham, September 18th-19th. The Panintelligence dashboard tracks KPIs and monitors individual, team and corporate goals in real-time. Accessible from anywhere, including mobile devices, it offers genuine transparent insight  to business users and front line staff and promotes collaboration across the organisation. The Panintelligence dashboard was first introduced to the service management industry at the Expo last year. Since then, and with the acquisition of our new customers and partners in this sector such as Tokheim and IFS360, the product has gone from strength to strength.  At the Expo the Panintelligence team will be showcasing Version 9, which includes dynamic drilling and more sophisticated reporting functionality, along with the addition of bursting (automated emailing of reports and charts). V9 is due for general release in the Autumn. Mike Cripps, a Director of Panintelligence says, “We are really looking forward to the show – it was very successful for us last year, and we expect to have even more interest this time around. We have a great schedule of prearranged meetings with customers and prospects alike, with the highlight being the formal signing of our OEM partnership agreement with Iris, who we met for the first time at last year’s show.” The Panintelligence dashboard is available for any business who wishes to improve their current business reporting. We also offer OEM white labelling and we will be aiming to engage with other software companies looking for a BI tool to embed within their own service management software solutions. Panintelligence can be found on Stand 330 at SME
