ISM Business Solutions team up with Panintelligence

ISM was founded in 1991 as a Sage business software solution provider by the current managing director, Tony Marron. ISM is an award winning Sage Accredited Business Partner and a Sage Accredited Solutions Developer. They specialise in the SME market using Sage business software to provide company-wide business systems that are tailored to meet their customers present and future business processes, Sage accreditation is not given away lightly and there are only 160 out of the many thousands of Sage's business partners that are accredited.

Dashboard reporting for Sage 200

Mike Cripps from Panintelligence said “We first met Tony at Techmesh a technology exhibition held annually in Leeds and Tony immediately saw the opportunity to develop a dashboard offering over Sage 200 the market leading business software solution for the mid market business sector. Tony’s team subsequently developed a series of demonstrations which they have shown to several of their leading customers and on the back of some very positive feedback they are launching “PanIntelligenceS200” and are currently marketing it to their existing customers. Looking ahead they plan to make it available to the wider Sage 200 community via the dealer network.

Tony added “When we saw the software at Techmesh we wanted to explore how we could use it for the benefit of our customers and I’m delighted to say that Mike Cripps and his team were eager and willing to help us and in a very short time we had built together a working system. We have since enhanced and developed it and have shown it to some of our customers and they all really like it. In fact the very first customer we showed it to bought it and are very happy users of the Sage 200 PanintelligenceS200 Dashboard System and have rolled it out to their product and sales managers throughout the UK. Having now agreed a Partnership Agreement we are embarking on showing the product to all our customers who would benefit from it and hopefully in the future to introduce it to the wider Sage Business Partner community.” Mike concluded “It is always good to be able to form local partnerships and along with geography we share with ISM a passion to put customers at the heart of our business. It is going to be very interesting to see the level of take up from ISM’s customer base and the initial signs are great in that the first order for PanintelligenceS200 was received even before the Partnership Agreement had been signed.”
