Latest business intelligence software launched at Facilities Show

Yorkshire-based software company, Panintelligence, will be launching the latest version of their business intelligence dashboard at the Facilities Show 2013 at the NEC in Birmingham, May 14-16th. The Panintelligence dashboard helps businesses monitor performance against SLAs, increase efficiency by tracking internal KPIs, and deliver value added services to customers. Accessible via PC, mobile phone or tablet, the dashboard offers businesses a secure and simple way to view up to date information, via a series of interactive charts and graphs. The Panintelligence business intelligence dashboard was first introduced at the Service Management Expo in 2011 and since then they have acquired several customers and partners in the sector including Tokheim, Indesit, IFS360 and IRIS. At the Service Management Expo, which this year is part of the Facilities Show, they will be launching Version 9 of the Panintelligence dashboard, which has a number of advanced functions.

These include dynamic drilling, which changes how users explore their data, from a linear process to one that follows a decision tree, based on a set of rules. The new chart scheduling function delivers charts to mobile workers on a regular basis, so that they always have access to the latest data, wherever they are. Mike Cripps, from Panintelligence said, “We are delighted to be launching the new version of our business intelligence dashboard at the Facilities Show this year.

The advanced features we’ve developed make it even easier for businesses to gain real insight into their performance against KPIs, and how well they are meeting the needs of customers against SLAs. The dashboard also gives organisations a number of ways to access their  data and receive updates, so that users always have access to the latest information.” The Panintelligence dashboard is for businesses who wish to improve their current reporting strategies. They also offer OEM white labelling and will be engaging with companies looking for a business intelligence tool to embed within their own service management software. Panintelligence already has successful OEM relationships with many companies across a range of business sectors. Testimonials can be found in the News section of the Panintelligence website. Panintelligence can be found on Stand SM143 at the Facilities Show 2013.
