Panintelligence Celebrates 2 years of Self Service BI Evangelism

Monday 21st March officially marked the Cotton anniversary of Panintelligence becoming an independent company. We have come a long way in 2 years, trebling our staff numbers, expanding our premises and in the last 12 months we have doubled our turnover and reached a number of important milestones.

Awards for Panintelligence

Now in their 8th year the European IT and Software Excellence Awards are the leading pan-European awards for ISVs, Solution Providers and System Integrators. Thanks to nominations from our Partners, Panintelligence has been shortlisted in three categories in this year’s Awards, which saw the highest number of entries yet, with over 400 from more than 31 countries. On the evening of Thursday 14th of April, a team from Panintelligence and their Partners will be sat on the edge of their seats at the luxurious Lancaster London Hotel, waiting for the winners to be announced in the categories of: -

  • Big Data, IoT or Analytics Solution of the Year
  • Channel Programme of the Year
  • Software Vendor of the Year
"We entered the awards hoping for at least one nomination, so we are delighted to be a finalist in three categories. These nominations are particularly special as Partners testimonials expressing why they thought we should win the award were the basis for our selection." Zandra Moore, Sales and Marketing Director at Panintelligence

Office Expansion and Events

Our office recently expanded to encompass the lower floor of our existing building, which happened just in time for us to host our Product Forum. The event took place on the 24th February, and we invited delegates from our OEM and Reseller Partners to share their designs and priorities for our new responsive (HTML5) application. The ground floor was also the venue for our 2nd birthday team celebrations. We indulged in birthday cake, chocolates, pizza and prosecco, but the highlight of the evening was definitely our new ping-pong table where some surprisingly good skills were displayed. The undefeated champion was our MD, Mike Cripps, recently back from his month-long adventures in India. We continue to host monthly dashboard training days and we are planning more Partner events going forward including a Sage Partner Event in June. We’ll also be exhibiting and speaking at a number of industry events, including the European Software & Solutions Summit, The Academies Show and Accountex 2016. Last month Zandra Moore, our Sales and Marketing Director, hosted the first of several Lean in Leeds Ladies networking evenings and we plan to host one at our offices in early May. The group is set-up and run by women in Leeds looking to network with like-minded professionals. “There is no formal agenda, it is purposefully organic and is a space where anyone can bring new ideas and shape how we evolve a supportive network. I’m really glad to be a part of this programme. We now have over 50 members and it is growing rapidly,” commented Zandra.

Mike added “When I think back to our first year anniversary and where we are now, I’m incredibly pleased with the progress we’ve made. We have evolved our sales proposition, significantly expanded our Partner base and with our agile approach to product development the team produce innovative new features and improvements on an almost weekly basis. The business intelligence market is continually evolving and there is a huge pull from all sectors to improve reporting and enable better decisions. With a great and growing team we are well placed to continue our progress and I am really looking forward to the opportunities and challenges that our 3rd year will bring.”
