Panintelligence Partner Awards 2015
Last week we held our annual Customer Conference at the Radisson Blu Hotel East Midlands. The event was an enormous success with attendees highlighting a number of sections as particular favourites. These included the launch of our new Responsive Application and a presentation on Usability and Best Practise. In the afternoon we also held the inaugural Panintelligence Partner Awards for outstanding Partners. The award on the day were:-
Reseller Partner 2015
This was awarded to Wharncliffe, and the award was collected by Kevin Canetti. Wharncliffe is a Sage Business Partner that offers Panintelligence to its Sage 200 customers, as well as those who use its own Realitex200 software, helping them to analyse their data in real time. Wharncliffe were one of the first Sage partners to understand the real benefits of using the Panintelligence dashboard and they lead with it at new customer meetings. They also offer customers a proof of concept, by using a sample of their data, which has increased their success rate of winning new business.
OEM Partner 2015
This was awarded to Kirona Xmbrace, and was collected by Mat Wilson, Account Manager, for the Kirona Group. Kirona build and deliver market leading mobile working solutions that enable field-based operatives to work much more efficiently for their organisations. They brand the dashboard as InfoSuite which allows monitoring of KPIs, such as appointments made and kept and SLAs, such as job completion and response times.
Xmbrace provide industry defining, dynamic appointment and workforce scheduling software for UK Local Government and Social Housing sectors. KPIs monitored through the dashboard include productivity, first-time fixes, turnaround time and appointments kept. The Kirona Group have been partners of Panintelligence since December 2012 and from the outset they have rarely troubled our help desk. They are testimony to the fact that the dashboard can be really easily incorporated into partner product sets and very successfully taken to market.
BI Project 2015
This was awarded to MSIG, and was collected by Chris Wallis, Business Intelligence Manager. Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group at Lloyds is part of the MS&AD Group, one of the ten largest non-life insurers in the world. The requirement for dashboard reporting was driven by the need to use a common enforced source of information for all business decisions. The old BI platform needed replacing and ease of implementation and use was paramount in the choice of a new provider. MSIG chose Panintelligence because it met these requirements and the solution was proven, cost effective and the business was small, hungry and agile.
Subsequently MSIG have systematically rolled out the dashboard over their claims and underwriting systems, with the aim of putting information in the hands of the user and as a consequence users’ interaction with the data has fundamentally changed. The benefits have been significant with the investment paying back many times over in a short period of time. The future plan is to build on the momentum the project has created by putting more dashboards over more data sources.
