PCMS Group embark on strategic relationship with Panintelligence

Panintelligence are delighted to welcome PCMS as their latest signing in a growing list of prestigious OEM partners for their dashboard product. The PCMS Group is one of the world's leading providers of integrated software, services and hardware systems to the retail and food service sectors. Their expertise, infrastructure and experience also enables retailers and distributors across the supply chain, together with a wide variety of other industries including manufacturing, financial and healthcare to fully outsource their business IT capabilities.

Headquartered in Coventry in the United Kingdom with offices at Coventry and Huntingdon, PCMS also has operations in the United States at Cincinnati, together with a global network of software distributors covering Europe and the Pacific Rim. Mike Cripps, a Director of Panintelligence said, “We first met PCMS at the Retail Business Technology Expo back in March of this year.

The timing was excellent in that they had already identified a requirement for a dashboard reporting module and we happened to be in the right place, at the right time, and most importantly with the right product.  Andy Bourke, PCMS’s Technical Product Manager was at the show and was very interested in the possibilities of being able to white label our dashboard, even more so after he had taken us up on our 10 minute challenge – in which time we managed to get some charts up and running over a PCMS dataset that Andy had brought along with him to the Expo.

Since the show PCMS have taken advantage of our free product training, as well as an extended software evaluation period. This means that they (like all of our prospects) had every opportunity to thoroughly assess the product in house before making any longer term commitment. Needless to say we are delighted that they will be promoting the dashboard to their extensive customer base and to their new business prospects, and we look forward to a long and rewarding partnership.”
