RM Intelligence shortlisted for prestigious IT Excellence Award
RM Intelligence, based on Panintelligence’s dashboard software, has been shortlisted in the category of ICT Leadership and Management Solutions for the BETT Awards 2013. The annual BETT awards celebrate achievement and innovation by education companies that provide IT to the education industry. Debbie French, event director at i2i Events Group who organises the BETT Awards comments: “It is the quality of these products and services that helps to maintain the UK’s position as the leader in the use of technology in education. The specific nature of each individual child’s learning requirements means that judging the products and services entered into the BETT Awards is possibly the most challenging of any award programme. This year we have been astounded by the levels of innovation in the judged products.” RM Intelligence is being used by primary and secondary schools across the UK to help senior leadership teams monitor and manage pupil performance across a range of key areas including attendance, behaviour, exams, lesson attendance and assessment.
The software summarises important pupil data, via a series of interactive charts, which helps the leadership team with their decision making by providing access to the latest information. It also helps them identify patterns in the data, proactively target areas for improvement, and monitor the impact of school initiatives. Preseli Secondary School in Pembrokeshire have been using RM Intelligence since early 2012 and it is helping staff maintain the school’s Band 1 status, the highest possible category awarded by the Welsh Government.
