We do not move data from your systems. Data is accessed in-place via secure protocols. Where applicable, personal data is stored in the UK or the EEA. Where transfers outside these areas are necessary, appropriate safeguards are applied.

For how long is my personal data retained?

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. This may include satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. For example, marketing data that is no longer required is marked as 'Disqualified/Removed' in our CRM system to prevent further use.
