About the company.

booq started back in 2010. booq was founded by Eijsink, which has nearly 40 years of (automation) experience in the hospitality industry

booq POS runs on Apple (iOS), Android and Windows... or a mix!

booq is fully hardware independent (brand + size independent. Phone/tablet/desktop/etc.) and works on multiple software operating systems like iOS, Android and Windows.

The challenge.

booq software system switches transactions from a cash register to any hand-held device, as well as digitalising processes such as workforce scheduling, kitchen management systems or table reservations, aspects that have driven demand since the pandemic impacted the hospitality sector. All of which generates large amounts of data.

They needed to turn this into valuable information for their customers, but their own BI and analytics technology wasn’t future proof enough to meet their customer demands.

The solution.

booq needed a provider who could structure their product flexibly and swiftly around their business model.

By embedding Panintelligence’s pi dashboard into its customer service software, booq enabled its customers to use their own data to improve processes and manage costs.

The result.

booq launched its BI and analytics tool simultaneously across their customers , phasing in increased functionality over the coming months. By offering greatly improved analytics capability will help them to grow internationally. booq’s customers who have been using the BI and analytics tool, have been providing great feedback to them; since the launch, they’ve been able to transform data into information and information into knowledge which has helped to steer their business.
