The Challenge 

Carerix is a Dutch-based HR technology provider, delivering Smart Recruitment Technology that supports a wide range of recruitment businesses - from boutique staffing agencies to large-scale corporate recruiters. With a customer base ranging from 3 to over 2,500 users, Carerix needed a business intelligence solution that could adapt to highly diverse and often resource-constrained clients. 
 
While larger customers could export data and integrate their own BI tools, most of Carerix' clients expect out of the box dashboards or analytics in our solution. This gap impacted retention and caused lost deals during competitive sales processes.

Three key challenges emerged:

Time-to-market: Building their own analytics platform was not viable due to timing and other priorities
Scalability & Security: A solution had to scale to thousands of tenants with full data isolation.
