Security is imperative for Document Logistix, and they have complete confidence using Panintelligence. Their security model is very granular throughout their application -both in terms of what users can access and what functionality within the software they can access.

Document Logistix wants to avoid providing another route into their data which breaks their security model. They need to ensure that any reporting tool that links data within their system is highly secure and they are confident with Panintelligence.

How Document Logistix uses Panintelligence

For example, many of Document Logistix's HR customers need remote access to documentation because they're no longer in the office. Panintelligence gives them a straightforward overview through their dashboard product to help them see where documents are missing.

The Panintelligence pi dashboard is integrated into Document Logistix's Document Manager software suite, allowing them to bring information from their CRM into their platform. It means various information from different applications can be viewed without navigating away from their system. Internally, this functionality also can be used for a variety of jobs, such as; managing and analyzing customer support calls, organizing finance dashboards, reporting on orders, and creditors, monitoring outstanding invoices and looking at support cores.

What makes Panintelligence different from other business intelligence tools

Document Logistix has worked with Panintelligence for a long time - at least ten years - after being introduced through a customer.

What Document Logistix likes about Panintelligence is that the technology fit is perfect. It fits into their HTML 5 designs, and the pricing also aligns with how they sell their Document Manager software. Moreover, Document Logistix can deploy Panintelligence through their tool in many different ways, such as; locally, self-hosted, or third-party hosting. Other platforms can be cumbersome and hard to deal with, but Panintelligence is relatively lightweight from a code perspective.

How Panintelligence has helped Document Logistix business to grow

Next steps for Document Logistix

With the help of Panintelligence, Document Logistix is currently working with one of its partners to develop new artificial intelligence and machine learning technology.

The aim is to use new technologies to automate the ingestion of documents, meaning those documents are automatically moved to the correct folder, categorized, and the data is read from it. Panintelligence will help Document Logistix see how many documents they have put into the system, how many have been processed, and whether they have a backlog.

Document Logistix would also like to use Panintelligence to do more alerting and forward planning. For example, setting up an alert to the team that a contract is due to be renewed in three months and needs to be actioned.
