The pi Support course is aimed at new support team members or new partners onboarding with us, who will be troubleshooting dashboard issues prior to needing our support.
This course builds on the learnings from courses one and three and sets the expectations on how you will provide support, and how to request additional support from us. We’ll cover the tools available to use, and direct you to hints and tips to common support queries.
* There is a limitation on the number of delegates who can book on a course, we kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice in the event that you wish to cancel. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge 50% of the course fee.
